Direct Debits!

Terms and conditions

  1. By signing up to our direct debit plan, your monthly valet is discounted by 30% (based on our standard valet rate of £100). This is only available if your vehicle is seen by us at least once a month.

  2. Direct Debits will be taken on the last day of each month. If payments are not collected, a second attempt will made the following day. If this payment isn’t made your direct debit will be cancelled.

  3. If you have multiple vehicles or want us to attend your vehicle more than once a month, please let us know so we can give you your monthly set price.

  4. Once you’ve setup your details using the link below, we receive the notification and will contact you to confirm your monthly price. No payments will be made until we confirm the price with you. The first payment will be take at the end of the month.

  5. We will contact you to arrange a day to suit you for a valet as soon as payment is received.

  6. As this is a monthly subscription, if you don’t use your monthly valet within the month, you will not receive a refund, or have the chance to double up the following month.

  7. If you decide to have more work done on the vehicle at any point, we can invoice you separately for this work.

    Please rest assured knowing that we use ‘GoCardLess’ to manage direct debits, which is a widely-known company for businesses to use.

  8. Monthly valets are intended to be used monthly, we not allow rollovers or to build them up. If we can’t make it to you due to weather or other issues our side, we will contact you to refund or reschedule.

  9. If you cancel within 12 hours, and we can’t fill your slot, unfortunately that will be your slot used. We, as a small business can not afford to have cancellations within that space of time. Please contact me as soon as you know you won’t be able to make your appointment.
