Terms and conditions
Autoshine Mobile Valet will come to your workplace or home to carry out our services. We need a safe place to plug in an extension lead to power some of our equipment, is the socket provided is deemed unsafe by a member of our team, we would need to postpone the works until an alternative is offered. Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to work on a public highway or pay and display car parks.
If the location you are requesting the works take place has any of the above issues, please contact us first, we have plenty of experience and are adaptable to most situations and can make them work within our guidelines.
If a booking is made with us, we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or change the date and/or time. We are aware that neither the customer nor Autoshine can control acts of traffic, god or others. If we have to cancel or rearrange a booking, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If we deem that your cancellation is out of your control, for example, due to a car accident, illness or unexpected traffic, we will honour the booking and re-arrange your appointment.
If we believe your cancellation is unjust and we have had less than 48 hours notice, we request that 50% of the cost is paid to us to cover time, lost income and potentially fuel spent.
If we arrive on-site and your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges will be applied. We recommend that if your car is not of average dirt levels, you send a photograph before booking so we can provide a more bespoke estimate for the works. We will not begin the works before negotiating a new price for the additional cleaning.
When placing a booking, we will ask that you read these terms and conditions. When doing so you agree to our terms of business. If we need to charge you for any cancellations or additional works, an invoice will be sent to your email address, posted or text over to the details provided when the booking was made. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A loss of payment to us affect the liveliehood of our team and this is something we will not fall victim to in any circumstances.
